Digital products
​
We issue refunds for digital products within 3 days of the original purchase date only if the product is found to have major defects that cannot be remedied by BSW.

Physical Merchandise
Shipped Products
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for your purchase. To receive a refund, the item(s) must be unworn, in their original packaging, with no damage and a refund request must submitted and be approved by BSW.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used. In the event this is not possible, a cheque will be issued and mailed to the customer within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned item(s) or 10 business days from the refund approval when a product return is not required.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess the damage and replace the item(s) if necessary. Do not discard of any damaged items until after BSW has completed their assessment and provided you with further information or instructions.
Personalized / Customized Items
All shipped products that contain any personalization or customization are non-refundable. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess the damage and replace the item(s) if necessary. Appointment Bookings
If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before your booking time. Any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to an administration fee of $50 USD. You can manage your bookings by logging into your account and clicking on My Bookings.

Event Tickets

Virtual Events
​
All tickets sales for virtual (online) events are final. No refunds will be given, however a credit equal to the ticket price, minus any fees, will be provided for use towards the cost of another event or item on our website. In the case of event cancellation, a full refund or credit will automatically be provided, minus any fees. If a refund is made, it will be posted to the original method of payment. If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
In Person Events

Due to the additional costs associated with booking and hosting a live in-person event, all ticket sales are final. In the case of event cancellation, a full refund or credit will automatically be provided, minus any fees. If a refund is made, it will be posted to the original method of payment. If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. In some cases, we may allow for the tickets to be transferred to another person. A request for transfer must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. Please contact us directly to request approval for this. License Agreement Payments
All License Agreement payments made via our website are part of a separate signed legal agreement made between BSW Academy, Inc. and the Licensee, and therefore are Non-Refundable under any circumstances and can’t be disputed.
In the event the customers bank and/or payment system denies a refund, BSW Wellness / BSW Academy, Inc. will not be held liable or to blame.
